– Payment in full is required 60 days prior to arrival. If a booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, then payment in full is expected upon booking
– Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund. This policy applies for all cancellations
– Reservations require a 50% deposit. The balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival
– Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full refund minus a $60 USD handling fee
– Cancellations 59 to 45 days in advance a 50% refund will be given
– No refund will be given for cancellations 45 days or less prior to arrival
