This five-acre island, located about 45 minutes by boat from the coast of Dangriga, Belize, is home to Tobacco Caye Paradise. Nestled in the middle of the world’s second-largest Barrier Reef, it lies at the northern edge of the South Water Cayes Marine Reserve

Tobacco Caye Paradise is a place to lay out on the beach or a hammock, relax, and redefine the definition of relaxing. There are no televisions, public telephones or internet access. This is a place to separate from your busy life back home and connect with yourself, your family, friends, other travelers and the island and her 25 or so native inhabitants.

* Round trip air transfers Belize City or Int’l Airport – Dangriga
* Lodging in a over water cabin
* Three meals daily (except arrival & departure day)

Not Included:

* Taxi from Dangriga Airstrip to the Water taxi ferry and transportation by the ferry
to/from the island. Boats depart Dangriga from either Riverside docks or Jetti Pier
* Activities not included. Snorkel gers and kayaks can be rented on the island
* BOAT OUT – Community boats leave Dangriga around 11:30 am
* BOAT BACK – Community boats depart the island at 9 am
Private Boat Charters:
Departs to/from the island at the time of your choosing between 6:30 am to 5:30 pm

(These services are usually book on arrival in Dangriga or on the island to support the local guides)

The lodge features 6 rustic but charming thatched roofs over water beach cabanas. All cabanas have wonderful decks perched over turquoise tropical waters. Each deck has a hammock and an amazing view of the Caribbean Sea.

Amenities include rainwater showers and simple yet clean accommodations. The small island is a perfect staging point to explore the many islands, mangrove ranges, and spectacular snorkeling in Tobacco Cut just south of the island.
