– Rates are subject to 9% Hotel Tax & 10% Resort Fee
– A fee of $25.00 will be charged for each additional person over the age of 12 yrs
– Peak Season Rates are generally one week or less depending on the day of the holiday including Easter, Lobster Fest, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s
– A deposit of 50% of your total stay will be charged at the time of booking
– Full payment is required within 60 days prior to your arrival date
– Cancellation more than 60 days prior, full refund
– Cancellation between 45 and 60 days prior, a full refund minus the cost of a one-night stay
– If cancellation is under 45 days or less no refund
