This is a magical paradise and an eco-friendly lodge offering some of the best diving in the world. The Great Blue Hole is just 6 miles away from Itza Resort. You can visit for research and education purposes or simply to unplug from the world.

When you arrive at the lodge, you will be greeted by one of the hosts who will go over a 30-minute orientation with you. And of course, you’ll receive your welcome beverage! During your stay, you will be asked to join in the eco-philosophy guidelines of the lodge which will be given in detail during orientation.

The beach at Long Caye is stunning, and the lodge rooms are spacious and comfortable. Your stay includes daily housekeeping by the friendly island staff. The Main Lodge has 12 rooms with ceiling fans, standing fans, private baths, and spectacular ocean views from your deck or balcony, complete with a hammock and chairs. The spacious lobby offers cozy spots to relax, play games, or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The highlight is a stunning floor painting of the Great Blue Hole.
