DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% from total rack rate for individual bookings is required to confirm a reservation. No reservation is confirmed until proper payment is received.
BALANCE: Final balance is due 45 days prior to arrival date or 90 days prior if travel is during peak periods.
LATE BOOKINGS: Bookings made within 60 days prior to arrival are payable at the time of booking. The Company must agree to any other arrangement regarding payment.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE TO BE IN WRITING AND MUST BE ACKNOWLEDGED BY THE COMPANY AS HAVING BEEN RECEIVED IN ORDER TO BE ACCEPTED AS A VALID CANCELLATION.
