A 350' wooden deck is provided for private boat moorings for all homeowners and guests. The two bedroom/ two bath villas are 1,275 square feet of luxury while the three bedroom/ three bath villas are 1,950 in square feet and are two story. Upon entrance you will immediately notice the attention to detail. A few of the amenities you will enjoy inside your villa are central AC, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, Jacuzzi tubs, double walk in granite showers, queen size beds, washer/dryer, cable television, verandas that open up to the Caribbean Sea, and beautiful furnishings and artwork that surround you in comfort and class.
Reservations: A deposit of 50% of your stay is required at the time of booking balance due 45 days prior to arrival. For reservations made under 45 days, full payment is due at the time of booking.
Cancellations: An administrative fee of $50 shall be retained from all refunds
made for written cancellation received at least 45 days prior to date of arrival.
There will be no refunds for cancellation received less than 45 days prior to date of
arrival, and all deposits and payments shall be forfeited.
